And Post date it as March 31, 2008 (payment required 30 day prior-to vacation day)
Put the notes for the First cheque as: Cottage Rental
Put the notes for the Second cheque as: Security Deposit
Everyone except 준형:
First cheque with amount: $700 * 3/20 = $105
Second cheque with amount: $300 * 3/20 = $45
준형만 (since he’s coming late and will be staying for 2 nights):
First cheque with amount: $700 * 2/20 = $70
Second cheque with amount: $300 * 2/20 = $30
Gather all cheques to ME as I’ll have to send all of them through FedEx.

1) Fax in two sheets: Account info sheet, Request to arrival sheet, ASAP
2) Wait for replies from Office.
3) Mail in cheques: $1000 altogether.
4) Payment required 30 days prior to check-in
